 Steve Eckman, our senior partner, has been practicing law for more than 30
years. He is a former Governor of the
Association of Trial Lawyers of America and a past president and board
member of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association. He was chosen by the
Supreme Court to help draft the rules of operation for Minnesota civil courts.

Strandness
has a wide range of legal experience representing victims of railroad accidents,
motor vehicle accidents, defective products, and medical negligence. He
has argued before the United States Supreme Court and is certified as a Civil
Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Egan graduated first in his class at William Mitchell College of Law,
and also has a degree in finance. He is exceptionally skilled in
complicated cases with numerous parties, such as the 600 Dalkon Shield IUD cases

the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the
Districts of Minnesota, North Dakota, Western Michigan, Eastern Wisconsin, and
Central Illinois, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 7th, 8th, 9th,
and 10th Circuits.
