A good paralegal can be as valuable to a law firm as a good attorney, and Brian Kuczmarski is as good as they get. Brian graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1982 with a B.A. in history and political science. He went on to complete the Lawyer's Assistant Program at Roosevelt University in Chicago.

He joined Eckman, Strandness & Egan in 1984, and has since become an indispensable member of our firm. Brian understands all aspects of case management, and he has a talent for getting up to speed quickly on new cases. He also understands the importance of thorough research and trial preparation. That's why he's built a huge safety-reality library at Eckman, Strandness & Egan and why he has cultivated a valuable list of legal contacts from all over the country. His exceptional research skills and eye for detail extend the reach of our lawyers, making them better attorneys.

Brian has a great deal of experience with personal injury cases in both state and federal courts, and his years of experience as our head paralegal on complex cases give our clients a significant legal advantage.
